I offer two main coaching packages: Personalized Fitness Coaching and an Online Coaching Program. Both include tailored training plans, real-life and online meetings, and continuous support. The premium package also offers additional coaching sessions and frequent updates to your nutrition plan.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! First, fill out our contact form to share your fitness goals and current level. Next, you’ll receive a welcome email or call from me. We’ll discuss your goals in detail, and then you’ll receive a personalized fitness plan that you can access via our membership page.
What kind of support will I receive?
With both coaching packages, you’ll get 24/7 personal support via WhatsApp. I provide intensive success tracking and continuous feedback to ensure you stay on track. The premium package includes additional VIP support and regular plan updates to optimize your progress.
How do the meetings work?
You’ll start with an in-depth initial consultation. For the Personalized Fitness Coaching package, we’ll have regular meetings either in-person or online. The Online Coaching Program includes regular online check-ins. The premium package offers extra monthly coaching sessions and more frequent body analyses.
